CLEANING OF GASOR OIL BURNER
The burner should be cleaned by authorized personnel, strictly complying with the user manual of the burner.
CLEANING THE CONDENSATE DRAIN SYSTEM
Periodically check that the condensate drain system is clean and that it operates correctly.
VENTILATION UNIT MAINTENANCE
Regularly check the tension of the driving belts and that the engine and fan sheave are aligned. The belts
should not be too stretched; if the belt is pressed on both sides with the hands, it should bend of 2-3 cm. To
manage the tension, operate the two belt-stretching bolts.
The engine are fitted with airtight pre-charged bearings and the stock supply enables the machine to work,
even without maintenances, if the machine is used for ordinary operations.
The fan bearings for the
Type 1 - 5
models are also hermetic and prevaricated. In the
6
and
7
type models
the bearings are monobloc support which generally do not require lubrication and on which the connection for
the lubricator is provided. On the side of the transmission in the
Type 7
model a bearing support is mounted
in cast iron that must be periodically lubricated with lithium soap based grease, to be introduced after opening
of the support.
Check that all the screws used to assemble the ventilation unit have been properly fixed.
MAINTENANCE OF THE SAFTY THERMOSTATS
Every six months, simulate intervention of the TR and LIMIT safety thermostats and check that the burner
switches off. Then check that reset is carried out correctly, automatically for the thermostat TR and manually
(using the appropriate release button) for the LIMIT thermostat.
MAINTENANCE OF SAFETY DEVICES
Periodically check the operation of all the safety devices of the unit, by simulating their intervention and making
sure that the unit stops safely.
