INSTALLATION PLACE
The location for the unit must be determined by the system designer or a competent person and it must take
into account the technical requirements and the standards and regulations in force; generally, special
permissions need to be obtained. (e.g.: regulations concerning zoning, architecture, fires, environmental
pollution, noise emission, etc.)
It is therefore advisable, before installing the unit, to request and obtain the necessary permissions.
To properly install the machine, bear in mind that the heaters should:
•
be placed on a flat surface, capable of bearing its weight;
•
rest on the surface on the whole perimeter of the lower frame;
•
be placed on a surface whose deflection and strength is such that it can prevent vibrations from
reaching the area underneath;
•
respect the distances in order to allow for a correct flow of air and normal cleaning and maintenance
operations;
•
maintain the safety distances from flammable material;
•
be placed close to a flue chimney;
•
be easily connected to the fuel tank or to the gas grid;
•
be close to an electrical socket;
•
allow for all maintenance operations and inspections to be carried out easily;
•
be fitted with the ventilation openings required by the relevant regulations;
We suggest not to install the machine :
•
in places where there are aggressive atmospheres;
•
in narrow spaces where the noise level of the generator may be enhanced by echoes and resonances;
•
in corners where leaves or other things that may obstruct the air flow may deposit, as this would
reduce the efficiency of the generator;
•
in pressurized places;
•
in depressurized places;
•
outdoors, if not provided with a protection against bad weather conditions.

hot air generators, for reasons of portability, are supplied in two separate sections (fan section
+ heating section). To install them, perform the following operations:
•
position the base complete with lower side members so that the electrical panel is on the same side
as the burner
•
install the specific jacks provided on the upper part of the bedplate
•
install the machine body over the base plate, paying attention to the frames, which should perfectly
match.
