INSPECTIONS
In order to ensure that the machine works properly, some basic parameters should be checked. Turn the unit
on and:
•
Make sure that the fan unit starts about max 30 seconds after the burner is turned on.
While the warm air heater is normally working (after approx. 20 minutes of uninterrupted working), perform
the following operations:
•
Check the correct air flow rate which is essential for good operation of the unit and to obtain optimal air
conditioning;
•
Verify that there are no fuel leaks.
•
Check the correct fuel flow by measuring at the meter.
•
Check the combustion parameters.
•
Check that the flue gas temperature is the one shown in the "TECHNICAL DATA" chapter with tolerance
5°C.
•
Make sure that the manual resetting safety thermostat "LM" is correctly calibrated.
•
Make sure that the automatic resetting safety thermostat "TR" is correctly calibrated.
•
Make sure that the safety thermostats LM and TR do not intervene when not necessary.
•
Check that no faults have been reported on the safety devices present on the machine.
•
Make sure that the temperature gradient is compliant to the value specified in the "TECHNICAL DATA"
chapter with a ±2°K tolerance.
•
Manually rotate the graduated disc of the safety thermostat TR (to simulate their operation) and check
that the burner turns off.
•
Make sure that the thermal regulation works.
•
Make sure that the condensate discharge system works.
•
check that the engine electric absorption value does not exceed the value specified in the plate.
•
check that the manostat on the burner is properly calibrated so that it will not go off in case of an
insufficient flow of combustion air and, therefore, of non hygienic combustion.
•
make sure that the fan operates for another 3/4 minutes after the burner has been turned off, before it
stops.
ATTENTION!!!
All the inspections mentioned above must be carried out in all operating conditions (max and min).
