ENGINE ELECTRIC ABSORPTION
MEASUREMENT OF THE ELECTRIC ENGINE ABSORPTION:
In order to check the electric absorption of the fan engine, perform the following operations:
•
insert the current clump on a wire of the general power line;
•
set the machine on the summer ventilation mode, so as to exclude any other machine (burner and
auxiliary devices);
•
read the electric absorption value on the current clump and compare it with the data written on the
engine plate.
In order to check the electric absorption
after the remote-control switch
, perform the following operations:
•
insert the current clump on a engine supply wire after the remote-control switch;
•
set the machine on the summer ventilation mode, so as to exclude any other machine (burner and
auxiliary devices);
•
read the electric absorption value on the current clump and compare it with the data written on the
engine plate.
For directly starting machines, the measured absorption is equal to the supply line absorption and it should be
compared to the data written on the engine plate, specified in the "TECHNICAL DATA" paragraph.</cf>
For machines with a Y-
Δ starting, the measured absorption is equal to the wire absorption. This electrical
power value should be multiplied per 1,73 and it should be compared to the data written on the engine plate.
If a machine has more than one engine, each engine should be individually checked.
MAINTENANCE
In order for the machine to properly work and be maintained, we suggest performing the regular cleaning and
maintenance operations.
These types of intervention must be carried out by specialized and qualified personnel while the unit is cold
and disconnected from the electrical and fuel supplies.
We suggest using protection gloves.
All the maintenance/cleaning operations requiring the use of ladder or of other means, should be performed
with appropriate and completely safe systems.
Regularly check that all the screws used to assembly the machine are properly fixed.
For appliances near areas or in particularly harsh conditions, the maintenance intervals
should be more frequent and, however, suitable for the requirements.
MAINTENANCE - EXTERNAL PANEL CLEANING
Use only damp cloths and soap and water. For stubborn stains, moisten the cloth with a mixture of 50% water
and 50% denaturated alcohol or with specific products. After cleaning, dry the surfaces carefully.
It is forbidden to use sponges soaked with abrasive products or powdered detergents.
During cleaning it is advisable to use protective gloves.
