B.4 FIRMWARE UPGRADE

The procedure of firmware upgrade permits updating of the firmware version of the
control panel and modules and implementing of the new features.
Procede as follows:

z

Connect PC to the control panel using one of the programming interfaces
PROG32 or PROG USB.

z

Launch the programming software and enter the local programming environment.

z

Enter the user archive and select the corresponding system from the user list.

On the screen is viewed:

z

Click on the opposite icon on the menu bar.

On the screen is viewed:

WARNING

The procedure of firmware upgrade is to be executed on explicite request by the technicians of
Tecnoalarm.
The incorrect execution of the procedure may provoke the FAILURE of the control panel.
The firmware upgrade is included in the CD containing the software upgrade supplied by
TECNOALARM.
