4. 

Remove the chopper control from the tractor cab and leave them on  
hydraulic block column stand (depending on model). 

5. 

Deactivate  the  electrical  and  hydraulic  connections  and  the  service 
brake (see section 2.6). 

6. 

Disengage  the  tractor  PTO  and  leave  it  properly  supported  on  the 
chopper. 

7. 

Fold  the  Foot  stand  and  bring  it  down  to  the  ground  so  that  the 
chopper can be easily unhitched from the tractor. 

8. 

Unhitch the straw chopper  

 

 

 

Handle the hitching elements of the straw chopper 
and the tractor using work gloves. 

 
Starting  up  the  straw  chopper  again  requires  the  steps  and  safety
