Page 31
The controls for the electric keypad have two positions, up and down to
increase (up) or decrease (down) the speed or position of the service
chosen.
The red key (E) activates the emergency stop.
The (L) button can be used to adjust the rotation speed of the moving
bottom.
Lever (1) is used to change the rotation direction of the moving bottom.
Lever (2) is used to raise or lower the discharge chute.
Lever (3) is used to direct the discharge chute.
Lever (4) is used to open or close the liftgate
Lever (5) is used to direct the rotating chute (optional)
Additionally, the electric keypad can have an extra key to turn the
working light on and off, if the straw chopper is fitted with this.
Each control element (according to option), is appropriately marked with
a sticker indicating the function of each of these elements. Should these
become damaged; the machine user can request new ones from the official
dealer or directly from Tatoma.
The stickers that indicate the function of each hydraulic
distributor and each control of the chopper should be kept in
good condition and replaced if damaged. Accidents can
occur caused by the unexpected movement of the chopper
services by handling the wrong command, by being
misidentified or not having any identification.
The symbols shown in Figure 2.7 indicate that the function of each
distributor and each command is as follows:
1.
Moving bottom operation
2.
Side chute operation (movement 30+30)
3.
Side chute operation (vertical movement)
The composition of the solenoid valve block depends on the services
available
