Controller busbar over current
error
Controller busbar current is equal or greater than the
protection value.
1. Turn off the bike, and switch off the circuit
breaker. Then, check the whether the motor
phase wire terminal are loose, or broken.
Check whether the motor outlet phase
sequence corresponds to the U / V / W on the
controller. Finally, check whether the
magnetic encoder output wire corresponds to
the yellow, green and blue wires on the
harness assembly.
2. Check the rear wheel and brake for
obstruction or seizure
Check motor phase wires and Hall sensors for
correct operation. If fault persists, replace the
motor
E35
00500
Controller MOS error
Internal system failure
Replace the motor controller assy.
E36
00600
Tip-over sensor error
Tip-over sensor has a poor contact, or tip-over sensor
broken.
Turn off the bike, and stand the bike to be
upright. Then, re-start the bike. The error will
be eliminated.
E37
00100
Battery charge low temperature
error
Internal battery temperature too low while charging
Stop charging and return the battery to a warm
area and allow the internal temperature to rise
before charging
Stop charging and return the battery to a warm
area and allow the internal temperature to rise
before charging. If the fault persists when at
the correct temperature, replace the battery
E38
00110
Battery discharge, MOS
overheated error
It's caused by the overheated MOS when the battery pack
is discharging.
Stop riding the machine until the temperature
has lowered
Check condition of drivetrain including rear
brake, wheel and gearbox for seizure. Check
wiring and systems for short circuit or failure
and ensure machine is not overloaded
E39
00120
Battery charge, MOS overheated
error
It's caused by the overheated MOS when the battery pack
is charging.
Stop charging the battery until the temperature
has lowered
Ensure the battery is being charged in a well
ventilated area at room temperature. Allow the
battery to cool before attempting to charge
E40
000A1
Soft-start circuit overheated error
Soft start system overheating
Do not ride the machine until the overheat
protection has reset
Do not ride the machine until the overheat
protection has reset
E41
000B1
Storage error
Internal fault in the motor control unit
Send the bike to the nearest dealer to repair.
Check all wiring connections, battery
connections and wiring for faults and repair if
necessary. If fault persists, replace the
controller
E42
00C00
Motor overheat error
1. Extended peak power usage
2. Motor inner temperature sensor contact loose
3. Motor inner temperature sensor fault.
1. Stop riding until the motor's temperature
returns to normal.
2. Check whether the magnetic encoder is
loose or broken. Replace if faulty.
Check condition of drivetrain including rear
brake, wheel and gearbox for seizure. Check
wiring and systems for short circuit or failure
and ensure machine is not overloaded
E43
00D00
Motor temperature sensor error
1. Extended peak power usage
2. Motor inner temperature sensor contact loose
3. Motor inner temperature sensor fault.
1. Stop riding until the motor's temperature
returns to normal.
2. Check whether the magnetic encoder is
loose or broken. Replace if faulty.
E44
00E00
Controller overheat error
Extended peak power riding will cause the controller to
overheat
Stop riding until the controller returns to the
normal temperature.
If the fault persists with normal, short distance
riding, replace the controller
E45
00F00
Controller temperature sensor
error
1. Extended peak power usage
2. Motor inner temperature sensor contact loose
3. Motor inner temperature sensor fault.
Stop riding until the controller returns to the
normal temperature.
E46
01000
Current sensor error
Current sensor failure.
Replace the controller
E47
02000
Motor lack of phase error
1. Circuit breaker is not switched on.
2. Motor phase wires (U/V/W) loose or incorrect
connection.
1. Switch on the circuit breaker, and restart
the bike.
2. Turn off the bike, and switch off the circuit
breaker.
3. Check the whether the motor phase wire
terminals are loose, or broken.
4. Check whether the motor outlet phase
sequence corresponds to the U / V / W on the
controller.
5. Check whether the magnetic encoder output
wire corresponds to the yellow, green and blue
wires on the harness assy.
If the fault persists, replace the motor
E48
03000
Motor locked-rotor protection
error
During riding, if the rear wheel, motor, gearbox or chain
become seized then the motor current will exceed
acceptable limits
Turn off the bike and switch off the circuit
breaker. Examine the rear wheel, brake,
gearbox and chain for operation. Repair or
replace as necessary
E49
04000
Communication Error
CAN communication wire loose, damaged or a hardware
failure has occurred.
Turn off the bike and switch off the circuit
breaker.
Check all the machine wiring connections and
wiring to the battery, dashboard and motor
controller. Repair or replace as necessary.
