2. Remove the 2 bolts (M5 x 12mm) securing the
headlamp to the mounting bracket and remove the
headlamp.
When refitting, tighten to 8Nm
2. Remove the 2 bolts (M5 x 12mm) securing the
headlamp to the mounting bracket and remove the
headlamp.
When refitting, tighten to 8Nm
To remove the Headlamp it is necessary to remove
the ignition switch (Chapter 7.1)
1. Disconnect the headlamp power feed from the
main wiring loom, located behind the main circuit
breaker.

To remove the Front indicators it is necessary
to remove the ignition switch (Chapter 7.1) and
recommended to remove the Headlamp (Chapter
7.3a)
1. Disconnect the indicators wiring from the main
wiring harness.
2. Remove the bolts (M6 x 12mm) securing the
mounting for the indicator that is to be removed. The
indicator can now be unbolted from the mount and
replaced as required.
When refitting, tighten these bolts to 7Nm
7.3b Front Indicators - TL45 only
In order to correctly replace the rear indicators, it is
necessary to remove and dismantle the rear fairing
assembly to release the indicator cables from their
routing (Chapter 7.2). The rear indicators are bolted
to the upper rear fairing panel.
