2) Removing the sheave inside of the boom front end

1. Remove the bolts. (2 pieces)

2. Remove the plate (1 piece)

3. Pull out the pin.

Pull out the pin from the side opposite to where

the bolts are removed.

4. Remove the sheave.

3) Disconnecting the cord terminals

1. Disconnect the terminals.

2. Remove the fastener fixing the cord.

4) Pulling out the cord from the boom

1. Remove the fastener for fixing the cord, and

remove the cord from the support.

2. Pull out the cord from the boom rear end.

Before pulling out the cord, put the terminals at
the cord end together with tape etc. so that they
should not be caught while the cord is being
pulled out.

The space at the upper portion of the top boom

section through which the cord passes is about 10
mm (3/8 in) high.

If the cord is cut halfway, pull out the portion of the

cord with the terminals from the side of the boom
front end.
