TMA 2940 CE

2940 CE Display

The TMA display is the lighted area of the

keypad unit (see Figure 1.2). It contains two

rows of 20 characters each.

During normal operation, the display is divided

into three areas. The left eight characters on the

upper line show the method status; the right nine

characters show the sample temperature; and

the bottom line is a realtime signal display. Status

codes are dsscribed in the Technical Reference

chapter of this manual.

2940 CE Keypad

The instrument keypad (Figure 1.2) contains the

keys described in Table 1.1 on the next page as

well as the

HEATER

and

POWER

switches.

Experiment information and instrument con-
stants are entered from the controller key-
board, not the instrument keypad.
