ATTERY CHECK
Observe the battery icon in the instrument’s icon status
bar or press the
key until the Instrument Status
view mode is presented and check the battery state. If it is too low, charge the batteries (Chapter
).

Note:
Battery state of charge calculation is based on internal charge counter and should be
considered only as an overall, not very precise estimation. Therefore, the time left could be
noticeably different. Although the newest technology cells are used the slight degradation over time
is inevitable thus aging requires occasionally factory based (or authorised service centre)
replacement of the rechargeable battery cells.
Note:
Battery power indicator - To improve accuracy of remaining battery life indicator, run the
dosimeter until it is fully discharged; then proceed with a full charge via docking station.
The procedure is recommended before first use. Repeat this procedure every few months of use
to maintain more accurate current battery condition indication.
