The Long-Range Bluetooth

Low Energy wireless connectivity and the supporting
Assistant
mobile
application enables
remote control and monitoring of the instrument’s status such as battery usage, memory
capacity and measurement progress and results without having to disturb the worker. You can be sure, that
confidence in the measurement minimizes the likelihood of having to repeat an examination due to potentially
impaired data and therefore maximizes your performance.

The Bluetooth connection between the instrument and

WITCHING OFF MICROPHONE COMPENSATION
The ST 104B microphone is digitally compensated. In addition to it the free filed and the SA 122BIS windscreen
effects are compensated with the Free Field compensation filter. By default, both compensations are active.
For laboratory approval testing or calibration measurements it is necessary to disable one or both
compensation filters (see Appendix C).
To access the
Microphone
menu, press the

keys
simultaneously and keep them pressed
for 3 seconds. Pressing the
key the user can switch on or off the compensation. Press

to confirm selection.
