• Refer to “No Spark or Poor Spark in Section 1H (Page 1H-3)” for details.
• When indicating “C24” (P0351) for #1 front cylinder side.
• When indicating “C25” (P0352) for #2 rear cylinder side.

CAUTION

!

 

When using the multi-circuit tester, do not strongly touch the terminal of the ECM coupler with a 
needle pointed tester probe to prevent terminal damage.

 

NOTE
After repairing the trouble, clear the DTC using SDS tool. Refer to “Use of SDS Diagnosis Reset 
Procedures (Page 1A-15)”.

 

Detected Condition

Possible Cause

The operation voltage does not reach the STVA.
ECM does not receive communication signal from the 
STVA. STVA can not operate properly.

• STVA malfunction.
• STVA circuit open or short.
• STVA motor malfunction.
