Updating the Pump Tubing Installation Information
The install time is automatically set to the current date. The expected lifetime of the pump tubing is
365 days. To set the date:
1. Press ENTER to confirm setting the install date to the current date and to return to the previous
menu.
2. Press EXIT three times to return to the Main Menu .
3. Close the door to the Analyzer.
4. Turn on flow to the Analyzer.
Setting the Pump Tubing Warning Level
Set this warning level to specify the number of days to be alerted prior to the pump tubing needing to be
replaced (1 through 365; default is 30). The warning message is displayed as a "T" in the maintenance
alert area of the screen. To edit the number of days:
1. Press SETUP from the Main Menu .
2. Highlight MAINTENANCE and press ENTER .
3. Highlight PUMP TUBING and press ENTER .
4. Highlight EDIT WARNING LEVEL and press ENTER .
5. Use the UP and DOWN arrow keys to adjust the warning level to the desired number of days.
6. Once the warning level is set, press ENTER to return to the previous menu.
7. Press EXIT three times to return to the Main Menu .
Fluidic Components and Connections
Tubing assemblies have been designed to be easy to service and replace by labeling connections and
using fittings that don't require tools. The following list describes the types of fittings used; refer to this list
and the Fluidics Diagram below as needed to service or replace fluidic components.
