Using The Unit
Concepts
Interfaces - The TCV e2 has 2 interfaces. Interfaces within the TCV e2 work almost like having 2 logical
qualifiers inside the single physical qualifier. Some settings, such as IP Address, are shared between the
interfaces. Each interface has its own tightening log and can be controlled separately by a plant control
system.
Tools - The TCVe2 can associate with up to 10 Sturtevant Richmont radio torque tools. Tools are
assigned to a single interface, which may be changed at any time.

Count
–
The number of tightenings completed in the current batch.
2.
Batch
–
The number of tightenings required for the current batch.
3.
Tool Number
–
The number of the tool used.
4.
Tightening Status
–
The status of the last tightening.
5.
Torque Value
–
Value of the last torque received (for TAC only).
6.
Angle Value
–
Value of the last angle received (for TAC only).
7.
Interface 1 Tool Indicator
–
Displays tool number that is active on Interface 1.

Interface 2 Tool Indicator
–
Displays tool number that is active on Interface 2.

Interface 1 Batch Status
–
Illuminates blue when complete.
