10.2.1.1. Disassembling the
Mouthpiece
Pull off the Lip Piece from the Mouth-
piece Cylinder and remove the Cylin-
der from the Mouthpiece Housing.
Warning! Isopropyl Alcohol
is
+ammable and may easily
ignite.
The safety instructions fur-
nished by the manufacturer
of the isopropyl alcohol must
be observed!
Do not immerse plastic parts
in isopropyl alcohol for more
than half an hour. Prolonged
contact with isopropyl alcohol can
lead to color changes or embrittle-
ment of the plastic parts.
The Mouthpiece, Valve and Filling
Chamber are easily disassembled
within seconds for cleaning. The
component parts of the Mouthpiece,
Valve and Filling Chamber may also be
cleaned in a dishwasher. The Screens
and the component parts of the Filling
Chamber Insert are too small for that
and might get lost in a dishwasher. Be-
fore assembling allow all component
parts to dry properly.
After cleaning, check all component
parts for surface damage, tears, soft-
ening or hardening, impurities, distor-
tion and discoloration and set dam-
aged component parts aside.
Reassemble in reverse order.
