Trigger lock
1. Turn the trigger lock by 90° along the gun
body to engage it.
2. Push the lock out and turn it so it is in par-
allel with the gun body to disengage it.
Pressure relief procedure
To reduce the risk of serious injury, including
fluid injection, splashing fluid or solvent in
the eyes or on the skin, follow this procedure
when you are instructed to relieve pressure,
have completed spraying, switch off the pump,
check or service any system equipment, or
install, clean or replace spray tips.

1. Engage the gun trigger lock.
2. Switch off the pump.
3. Disengage the trigger lock.
4. Securely hold a metal part of the spray gun against an
earthed metal pail. Trigger the gun to relieve the pressu-
re.
5. Engage the gun trigger lock.
Spraying the gun
To reduce the risk of component rupture and
serious injury, including fluid injection, do not
exceed the 276 bar maximum permitted wor-
king pressure or the maximum permitted wor-
king pressure of lowest rated component in the
system.

6. Open the drain valve (requires a container to collect
fluids). Observe the pressure gauge. Gauge will read 0
bar once the pump is fully drained. Leave the drain valve
open until ready to spray again.
If you suspect that the spray nozzle or hose is completely
clogged up or that pressure has not been fully relieved,
very slowly loosen the nozzle holder retaining nut or hose
end coupling and relieve the pressure gradually. Eliminate
any blocks in the nozzle or hose.
