Commissioning
1.
Set the pressure adjust-
ment button to minimum
pressure.
2.
Switch the device on (ON).
3.
Increase the pressure by
half to start the motor and
allow the fluid to circulate
for 15 seconds through the
bypass pipe; then reduce
the pressure again.
4.
Set the bypass switch to
the SPRAY position. Set
the trigger lock on the
spray gun to OFF.
5.
Hold the spray gun against
an earthed rinsing contai-
ner. Press the trigger and
turn the pressure regulator
clockwise through a half
rotation.
6.
Make sure that threaded
joints are tight. Do not
attempt to seal leaks with
your hand or a rag. In case
of leaks, relieve the pres-
sure immediately. Tighten
the threaded joints firmly
and avoiding leaks. Per-
form steps 1. - 5. of com-
missioning. If not leaks
occur, continue with step
6.
7.
Place the siphon tube in
the paint container.
8.
Actuate the spray gun,
while pointing it into the
rinsing container, until
paint is sprayed. Point the
spray gun into the paint
container and actuate
for 20 seconds. Lock the
trigger lock (ON). Fit the
tip and tip guard; see the
instructions on the next
page.
