4. If a mistake was made entering in the MMSI

number, press the [

6.5 CHECKING GPS SIGNAL (GPS STATUS DISPLAY)

When the

HX890

receives the GPS signal, a small satellite icon “

” will

appear on the display and your current location (latitude/longitude) is shown

on the display.
The

HX890

has a GPS status display which shows the satellites

currently being received, along with a graphical (bar-graph)

representation of the relative signal strengths from the satel-

lites.
