Installing the client files
Use the following procedure to install the Reserver for Lotus Notes files on a client
machine:
1. Click Edit ECL Settings to update the ECL information.
2. Click OK in the ECL Settings Updated dialog box.
3. Click Install Reserver to register the OCXs.
4. Click OK in the Initialization of Environment dialog box.
5. Click OK in the Installation Complete and DLL Register Server dialog boxes.
6. Click OK in the Client Setup dialog box to restart the client machine.
Uninstalling the client files
Follow these steps to uninstall the client files and delete the Rsv_LN folder used by the
Client Distribution Manager: To uninstall Reserver for Lotus Notes from a client machine,
you unregister the OCX.
To unregister the Reserver for Lotus Notes OCX:
1. Use Windows Explorer to locate the C:\Program Files directory through Network
Neighborhood.
2. Open the directory and double-click on Uninstall_Client.exe.
3. Click OK when the “Successful unregistration of the OCX” message box appears.
