Configuring the Components
2-3
Defining bridge parameters
Use the following procedure to define bridge parameters:
1.
Enable the Scheduler on each available bridge.
2.
Create a Scheduler Sign-in for Reserver for Lotus Notes on each CRS.
Make sure that you enter an identical SignInName and SignInPassword in the
MLKSched.ini file. See “Configuring the MLKSched.ini file” later in this chapter.
Tip:
The SignInName and SignInPassword are case sensitive.
For more information on sign-ins, see the
Spectel 700 3.3 Administration and
Maintenance Guide
.
Configuring the MLKSched.ini file
Reserver for Lotus Notes can communicate:
•
indirectly with Avaya ACS 500/1100 or Spectel 700/780 bridge via a CRS.
Reserver for Lotus Notes requires that you configure certain areas in the MLKSched.ini
file. The configuration will depend on your bridge configuration.
Follow these steps to edit the MLKSched.ini file in the Install directory:
1.
Use any text editor to open the MLKSched.ini file.
2.
Modify the definitions as described in Table 2-1.
