Reserver for Lotus Notes 1.2 Installation and Administration Guide

Selecting a repeating conference

When you choose Repeats, the Settings button appears and Lotus Notes displays the
Repeat Options dialog box.

To view the Repeat Options dialog box, click Settings.

Please note the following caveats:

For more information on repeat options, see your Lotus Notes online help.

Option

Multiple yearlong
repeating conferences

The audioconferencing bridges do not support multiple
yearlong conferences. For example, you cannot schedule
a repeating conference that spans three years, every
other year, and so on.

24-hour conferences

Lotus Notes does not support scheduling that extends
beyond twelve o’clock AM (Midnight).
