Bridge Phone
Numbers Create a separate section for each bridge, in order to set up phone
numbers. The section name must be the bridge name, for
example:
Bridge Name= Bridge 1
Section Name= Bridge 1.
The format of the lines in the phone number section is <label>,
<phone number>. Once all the labels and phone number
combinations have been set up for a specific bridge the section
must be ended by “[end]”.
Custom fields In the [CUSTOMFIELDS] section, you can configure one required
field, "Custom2". The Custom2 field specifies how the booking will
be referenced in the CRS, there are 3 methods:
Contact Name (this is referred to as client name in the CRS).
Account Number (the client's account number in the CRS).
Email Address (the client's email address in the CRS).
Custom2=<Optional/Required/Not Used 1/2/3)>,<Label>,<Type A/
N>,<size>
Optional 1: Will be displayed on the screen, field can be left blank
Required 2: Will be displayed on the screen, field can not be left
blank
Not Used 3: Will not be displayed on the screen
Label : Field will be displayed using this label
Type A: AlphaNumeric Field
Type N: Numeric Field, We may check for the validity
Size : Number of characters this custom field can contain, if
not used set this to 3
Use one of the following entries to choose your method of
referencing the booking within the CRS:
custom2=2,Account Number,N,20
custom2=2,Contact Name,A,20
custom2=2,Email Address,A,50
Note: The Custom1 and Custom3 fields are reserved for system
use.
