The Pressing Area 

 
The Atlas™ Auto 40T press has a sample compartment that allows for 
the use of the entire range of Specac Evacuable Pellet Dies. The 
maximum distance between the pressing faces is 140mm and the 
minimum distance is 60mm. The maximum area of a sample that can 
be accommodated is 240mm wide by 220mm deep.

 

 

Warning:

 

Any set load being applied must not exceed the 

maximum load capability of the die being used.
