6-3. Error Log (ERROR LOG) Information
In ERROR LOG, the situation in which the error occurred is displayed in detail when the EXEC key is
pressed with the error name displayed.

Situation during error occurrence
The numeric characters following “STS:” are codes
indicating the operation status during error occurrence.
1:
Before printing paper is transported to the standby
position during initial operation.
2: While printing paper is transported to the standby
position during initial operation.
3: While IC tag is read during initial operation.
4: While thermal head and pinch roller move to the
standby position during initial operation.
5: After sagging of printing paper during initial opera-
tion.

11: While printing paper is transported to the standby

12: Before starting of yellow print during printing operation

The numeric character following “TMP:” is ten times as
high as the head temperature during error occurrence.
