Editing

6-2 Basic Editing Operations

Press the AUTO EDIT button.
Edits are made to reflect changes.

Notes

• In step 5 above, modifications do not take effect until you press AUTO

EDIT. Further, you cannot move to another page or start editing a new page.

• To delete the modifications that you entered, press the B7 (Cancel Modify)

instead of confirming modifications with AUTO EDIT.

6-2-13 Inserting Pages

You can use either of the two methods in the Insert mode to insert a page
between two pages of your choice: Insert (INS) and Overlay (OVL).

INS (Insert) Page Insertion

The page is inserted at the IN point entered on the page of the recorder and all
subsequent pages are moved up in the destination material, as shown in the
illustration below.

OVL (Overlay) Page Insertion

In Overlay mode, pages are inserted at IN and OUT points entered on the page
of the recorder, so that the length of the destination material does not change,
