SRX-R220 projector uses Peltier Devices for temperature
control of the imaging devices. This allows control of the
imaging device temperature more precisely and results in
image consistency. Power to the Peltier Devices is
monitored and the status is shown on this screen
Lamp Status
LAMP STATUS provides information about the Xenon

1.A Peltier device, is a solid-state active heat pump
which transfers heat from one side of the device to the
other side against the temperature gradient (e.g., from
cold to hot), with consumption of electrical energy.
The SRX-R220 uses the Peltier devices to maintain
the optimum operating temperature of the imaging
devices by either cooling or heating as appropriate.
