Measuring method using the tension scale (J-6461-340-A)
Hook the fan tension scale on the front side (side of the rear door) of the X belt, and measure the tension.

(1) Move the transfer assembly to the position as (400 mm) specified in the illustration.
(2) Place the fan tension scale on the center of the X belt in the lengthwise direction.

(3) Push the tip of the fan tension scale probe on the center of the X belt in the widthwise direction.

The tension scale must be turned at the right angle with the scale surface as shown.

(4) Push the X belt with the use of the fan tension scale, toward the deep end (bin side) by 8 mm.

Measure the load. Confirm that the load satisfies the specification.

Specification: F = in the range of 13 to 16 N (1.3 to 1.6 kgf).

(5) If the load is out of the specification, readjust the tension.
