For recording and stand-by modes. momentarily s hort

SW on M- 10 Board to GND hy actuating its contact
spring to engage a
REC
mode. and short it again to engage
a stand-by mode.
Repeating this process will set
REC
and Stand-by
alternately and cyclically ( see Fig. l - 1 2).
5) To take the cassette out short
EJ ECT
SW ( S HH ) in a stand­
by mode to have the cassette ejected ( see Fig. l - 1 2).
Momentarily short to
GND.
