Before using the product for the first time, please read the
instructions for use below and retain them for later reference.
The original instructions were written in the Hungarian language.
This appliance may only be used by persons with impaired physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lacking in experience or knowledge, as
well as children from the age of 8, if they are under supervision or have been
given instruction concerning use of the appliance and they have understood the
hazards associated with use. Children should not be allowed to play with the
unit. Children may only clean or perform user maintenance on the appliance
under supervision. After unpacking the unit, confirm that it has not been
damaged during transit. Keep the packaging away from children if it contains
plastic bags or other potentially hazardous components.

INSTALLATION
RESETTING THE UNIT
The microprocessor data requires resetting in situations, where the unit
(including its display) acts erratically. In order to do so, switch off the unit and
remove power supply for 30 seconds.
ON/OFF SWITCH, MUTE
In case of proper connection, current time is visible on the display in switched
off position and power button is lighting. To switch on the unit, press
POWER/
MUTE
button briefly. To switch it off keep holding it for 2 seconds. Brief
repeatedly pressing of this button will mute the speakers instead of switch the
unit off, while the display is flashing.
• Later on, it will automatically switch to the most recently used function after
being switched on unless the external storage device has been removed in the
meantime.
• Since voltage surges can occur when the vehicle’s engine is started, only turn on
the unit after the engine has been started. Turn off the unit before stopping the
engine.
VOLUME AND TONE SETTING
Use the central
rotary switch
to set the desired volume:
V 00…32
.
To modify tone is possible only in MP3 (USB-microSD) mode. After inserting
external storage device, press
2/EQ
button briefly, repeatedly to select one of
the following options:
POP-JAZZ-CLASSIC-ROCK-OFF
. Active sound mode is
visible on the display. If none of the icons is visible, the setting in linear.
SETTING THE CURRENT TIME
Switch on the unit with
POWER/MUTE
button, and select
AUX
mode with
MODE/BAND
button. In order to display clock, press
CLOCK/AMS
button, then
press
CLOCK/AMS
button again for 2 seconds, before clock disappears. Clock
display starts flashing. Set the number of hours with the rotating knob, then
press
CLOCK/AMS
button again after clock starts flashing to step forward to
set minutes. While minutes display is flashing, set it as well with the rotary
knob. If no further action made within 5 seconds, the setting will be recorded
and you can exit the menu.
• If you are waiting for more than 3 seconds idly during settings, the unit will exit
that menu.
• Current time is visible on the display, when the unit is switched off.
• When the unit is switched on, current time can be displayed with brief pressing
of
CLOCK/AMS
button, and it will be visible for 5 seconds on the display.
SELECTION OF DATA SOURCE
You can select the desired data source by repeated pressing of
MODE/BAND
button. Available options: radio – MP3 playback –

• Desired signal source cannot be activated, if it is not available. For example there
is no USB or SD storage connected, where the adequate MP3 files are available.
• If there is external unit connected to
USB
and
SD
slot at the same time, then
USB
or
SD
option can be selected with
MODE/BAND
button. Basically SD card
is recommended to use, because of its safe location.
• After connecting external data sources, tracks from the last inserted one will be
played.
• Being switched on again, playing of last listened track will continue, if the
connected device has not been removed in the meantime.
USING THE RADIO
After the unit is switched on the radio will turn on if it was being previously
listened to – or the last played USB/SD signal source has been removed. If
necessary, use the
MODE/BAND
button on the front panel to select radio
function.
SELECTION FROM THE STORED RADIO STATIONS
Keep holding
MODE/BAND
button (2 sec) to select the desired band (e.g.
FM1
), then select the desired programme with
1…4
number keys. You can
step the programmes by brief pressing of
buttons. Totally 12 FM radio
stations can be memorised/stored on FM1-FM2-FM3.
MANUAL TUNING AND STORING RADIO STATIONS
If you know the exact frequency of the programme wanted to be heard or
you would like to perform fine tuning of previously set programme, then
use of manual tuning is recommended. Select the one of
FM1-FM2-FM3
FM band with
MODE/BAND
button, (FM 1 is recommended). Keep pressing
stepping forward or stepping back button for 2 seconds, and the device will
automatically search the nearest radio station. Keep holding one of

to store the desired radio station after tuning.
