Procedure 1 - Checking Status LEDs

The first thing to check with any fault scenario is correct power supply operation.
This includes:

•

An adequate mains supply.

•

Presence of all locally generated chassis voltages.

•

Operation of sufficient cooling fans.

The three front panel status LEDs should be inspected to ascertain correct power supply
operation:

Check the Vega-MV front panel’s three status LEDs, see Figure 156.

Look up the LED status using Table 103.
