As soon as the control piston reaches its end
position, it, through its central control grooves
and exterior control bores, opens connection
ducts through which the volume of lubricat-
ing oil in metering chamber "B" is expelled
through the subsequent movement of the
central piston to the lubrication point outlet.
At the same time, metering chamber "A" is
illed with new lubrication oil through the
check valve located on the control piston side
of pressure chamber "A." In the process, the
central piston moves to the stop and the
pump is ready for the next metering.
A new metering is initiated by changeover
of the directional control valve and therefore
runs in the opposite direction, from side B to
side A.
