Warning!
When reinstalling the gear pump unit,
ensure that the two newly inserted
O-rings are not damaged.
Carefully insert the new or serviced gear
pump unit between the control block (

and the oil change-over valve block (

using the assembly device.
Insert and gently tighten the fastening
screws (

).
Insert the fastening screws (

) into the
control block (8) and tighten gently.
Insert the rear fastening screws (

)
into the feed lange (

) and tighten gently.
Tighten the fastening screws (
10
or
11
)
crosswise.
Tightening torque 40 Nm
Align the gear pump, tighten the rear
fastening screws (
4
or
5
) crosswise.
Tightening torque 10 Nm
Tighten the front fastening screws (

or
7
)
crosswise.
Tightening torque 10 Nm
Connect cable (

) to pump motor.
Switch the manual oil change-over valve (

)
back to operating position, see
Chapter 6.5.2.
Check the direction of rotation of the gear
pump motor based on the attached arrows.
Inspect gear pump unit, control block (
8
),
and the feed lange (
9
) for leaks.
Check admission pressure and system pres-
sure via the control unit on the motor.
