Procedure
1. Slide the grease drip tray

at the bot-
tom on to the floor of the interior.
2. Attach the two support discs

at the
ends of the rotary spit

. The locking
screws

must be aligned exactly to the
markings

3. Cut the ingredients into pieces of maxi-
mum 3 cm in diameter.
4. Place the ingredients on the kebab
skewers

. Leave the length of the
handle at the top free and at the bottom
at least 2.5 cm.
5. Insert the kebab skewers

into the
support discs

as shown:
- the lower end into a round hole in the
outer ring,
- the upper end through a notch in the
edge and a round hole in the inner ring.
Press the upper end of the kebab skew-
er

against the support disc

until
you feel it click into place.
6. Attach all 8 kebab skewers

in this way.
NOTE:
you can also only use 4 kebab skew-
ers

. In that case use every second notch
so that the kebab skewers are evenly distrib-
uted.
7. When all the kebab skewers

are at-
tached, use the handle

to insert the
kebab skewer wheel into the device
