3. Remove the measuring cell housing (Figure 31,
pos. 2) by loosening the screws on both sides
of the electronic component.
If present, The sample heater can reach
temperatures of up to 80 °C!
4. Clean the measuring cell inserts.
Lift the measuring cell inserts (Figure 31,
pos. 3) out of the measuring cell housing and
clean them.
Pay special attention to the radiation absorp-
tion surfaces (circle) when doing this – these
must be clean.
Use a soft brush and damp cloth for
cleaning (no solvents!)
If the measuring cell inserts (Figure 31,
pos. 3) are stuck in the measuring cell hous-
ing, insert the screwdriver into the gap and
carefully lever out the inserts.
