KKS for Documentation
The KKS identification system is not only used for equipment but also for
documentation. This includes identification codes for documentation and signal
standards.
Identification Codes for Documentation
The KKS system includes identification codes for documentation, which allows a
way to link documentation with equipment. Function codes, equipment codes,
documentation types, and drawing types are all used to identify the
documentation associated with a piece of equipment.
An example of a documentation identification code is shown in Figure 5. The
documentation identification code is usually found in the drawing title block.
