This provides information about the Intelligent Modem Driver boards in the PC as 
follows. 

Top Line: Address of the dual ported RAM through which the PC communicates 

with the IMDs. 

 
Below this there are details of each of the four possible IMDs, as follows. 
Status of the IMD: 
Either OK / NOT INSTALLED / FAULTY / SUM CHECK ERROR. 
Followed by a series of digits. These series of digits for each IMD relate to the 
states of certain MODEM lines as defined below.
