3) There will be a separate bit allocated for each loop monitored by
HIOCC. There is a maximum of eight loops in total. Eight new reply bit
functions have been allocated, as above.
3.3.3.14 OTU output bit source (GOL, KOL)
GOL
{Output bit number:
0 - 15
} = { Output function:
0 - 255
} (0)
Comment: Defines the function of the OTU hardware outputs. The output
function is as described for the GRL command above. (Except
those marked *) The normal default is direct from the UTC control
bytes.
3.3.3.15 Count/Occupancy/Queue
unit
input allocation/function (GIA)
GIA
{Count/Occupancy/Queue unit no.:
0 to 5
} 0 ={Digital input no.:
0 to 31
} (0)
GIA
{Count/Occupancy/Queue unit no.:
0 to 5
} 1 ={Unit function no.:
0 to 7
} (0)
Comment: The command has two index fields:
1) count/occupancy/queue unit number
2) data selector - enter 0 or 1 as indicated below
0 to allocate the input line number for the unit
1 to allocate the unit function (see below)
Note: For N + 1 sites the input line allocation represents the kerbside lane loop.
The remaining loops are connected consecutively to the next two or three
inputs for two or three lane sites respectively. If required an additional
unidirectional loop may be allocated to the innermost loop using the GUD
command.
Function definitions for count/occupancy/queue configuration (GIA n 1 = x)
0 = Count/Occupancy/Queue unit not configured
1 = N count unit (single lane)
2 = 2 lane N + 1 count unit
3 = 3 lane N + 1 count unit
4 = N occupancy unit (single lane)
5 = 2 lane N + 1 occupancy unit
6 = 3 lane N + 1 occupancy unit
7 = Queue unit
3.3.3.16 Queue unit active time (Call time) (GAQ)
GAQ
{Count/Occupancy/Queue unit no.:
0 to 5
} = {Queue active time.:
0 to 255
} (0)
Comment:
To specify the time in seconds that a configured queue unit input
must be active before its output becomes active.
