150 Sensor signal disrupted Turn off the power. Unplug and reconnect the sensor cable.
If the error still exists, contact your local Siemens repre‐
sentative.
151 SensorFlash parameter
backup disabled
A SensorFlash of another device has been inserted. Either
copy the settings from the SensorFlash to the device or
remove this SensorFlash and insert the original Sensor‐
Flash.
