<vp>
Determines the period of time the SMS will be stored in the SMS Service Center:
0 to 143:
(<vp> + 1) * 5 minutes (e.g. 5 minutes interval up to 12 hours)
144 to 167 12 hours + (<vp> - 143) x 30 minutes
168 to 196 (<vp> - 166) x 1 day
197 to 255 (<vp> - 192) x 1 week

Notice: Until firmware version 1.6 inclusive, only the <vp> values 71, 167, 173 and 255 have
been supported.
In the composite AT command AT+CMGF=1+CSMP=17,0,0,0+CSCA="
+AAAAAAAAAAA" the value 0 for <vp> will be accepted, but 0 will be replaced by the
value 71.
