This parameter offers the possibility of a blocked transmission of several measured values, that change in

quick succession

The time delay starts when the first measured value modification occurs. All of the following measured value

changes, occurring within the time delay are sent together in a spontaneous measured value telegram after
the expiration of time delay.

If a measured value changes several times within this time, then only the last modification of this measured

value is transmitted.
