The parameters have the following meaning:

You change the type of the area with the

area stub
Description
With this command, you configure areas of the type Stub.
Note
This command is available only with layer 3.
Requirement
You are in the OSPF Router configuration mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli(config-ospf)#
Syntax
Call up the command with the following parameters:
area <area-id> stub [ no-summary ]
