3.7.1 OS single station system
OS as single station system on a single PC
● The OS single station system is an operator station on a single PC with complete operator
control and monitoring functionality for a PCS 7 project (process cell/unit).
● The OS single station system on the system bus can be used in parallel with additional
single station or multiple station systems.
● Select one of the following configurations for more fault tolerance in a single station system
in a PCS 7 system:
– Configuration with redundant OS single station system
Install the "OS Single Station Redundancy" license key on each PC station of the
redundant pair.
