Selecting the flange with tube
The selection of a suitable flange with tube depends on the wall and insulation thickness of
the duct wall, the nominal length of the selected sender/receiver unit and the sample gas
temperature. Standard flanges with tube are available which are delivered with a 3.1
Material Certificate (
see “Flange with tube”, page 129
). The material pairing of the duct
and the tube should also be taken into account when a welded connection between the
flange with tube and duct is planned.
