I/O Configuration
The I/O configuration controls:
• Pin Muxing: Provides registers to program the pin muxing on the device.
• Pull-up/Pull-down Resistors: Provides registers to control the pull-up and pull-down
resistors on certain pins of the chip.
11.1 Theory of Operation
The I/O Configuration (IOCON) is an AMBA slave block that connects to the APB.
It provides registers for programming pin muxing and for controlling the pull-up and
pull-down resistors on certain pins of the chip.
These registers should be programmed before any others so that pins are correctly
configured before enabling functional blocks that use those pins.
