7.4 Switching Suction Plates On/Off (Optional)
WARNING
Switching off suction plates with picked up load
Severe injury or death due to falling loads.

Do not close or open the manual slide valves while a load is attached.
CAUTION
Reduced lift capacity due to suction plates being switched off

The permissible lift capacity of the lifting device decreases in proportion to the number
of suction plates switched off.

Always ensure that all activated suction plates are in full contact with the load.

Only switch the suction plates on and off when the load is set down safely.

No load is attached.
1. Switching off a suction plate: Pull the black
sleeve until the red mark is visible.
Closed
2. Switching on a suction plate: Push the black
sleeve towards the suction plate until the red
mark is concealed.
