Risk of injury due to lowering of the tube lifter in the event of a power
failure or vacuum generator failure
This can result in a crushing injury.
►
Emergency action plan if the vacuum supply fails:
1. Do not release the operator handle.
2. Remove your finger from the button so that the load does not fall.
The residual vacuum allows the tube lifter and load to be lowered slowly.
3. Set down the load in as controlled a manner as possible.

Stay clear of the danger zone at all times.
►
Sound the alarm immediately in the event of danger. All persons must leave
the danger zone immediately.
6.5 Integrated Quick-Change Adapter
– Replacing the Suction Cups
CAUTION
If the suction cup is not properly attached to the operator handle,
it can become detached during operation and fall.
Risk of injury from falling parts.

Rotate the suction cup counterclockwise until it stops. The lever (3)
must lock into place.
The quick-change adapter is integrated in the tube lifter. Depending on the
task to be performed, different types of suction cups (1) may be required.
You can simply replace them at the suction connection (2) (see list of
permitted grippers in the appendix).
When replacing suction cups, make sure that the suction cups are
properly locked and that the lever (3) latches into position.
