8 Troubleshooting
The system must only be installed and maintained by qualified specialist personnel, mechanics, and
electricians. Work on electrical equipment must be carried out by qualified electrical specialists only.
Always test the safety features after repair or maintenance (see section 9.3).
8.1 Faults in the Industrial truck
Certain of the industrial truck's functions remain locked unless the system
sends an unlock signal.
Always do the following before driving the industrial truck:
1. Set down load
2. Turn off vacuum pump
3. Fully retract scissor arm
4. Lock operator handle into parking position
If this does not fix the fault, have the industrial truck inspected by a qualified specialist.
8.2 Faults in the Scissor Arm or Tube Lifter
If you cannot lift the load, check the following items and fix problems as needed.

Pump does not run
Check electrical connection:

Check the power supply
line

Check for voltage on all
phases

Digital manometer faulty
Required vacuum not attained

Examine the supply hose
and tube lifter for leaks.

Check that gripper is
correctly assembled.

Clean or replace the
pump’s dust filter cartridge.

Check the pump. See

Shorten filter maintenance interval

The load is too porous or non-
