5.3.3 Installation Instructions
CAUTION
Incorrectly connected operating voltage or signal plug
Material damage to the system

The system must only be operated at the operating voltages specified for the
respective components. Electrical connections must use the original
connection cables and be in accordance with the circuit diagram (see
appendix).
Attaching the vertical beams:
1. Use a suitable lifting device to place each of
the side beams (11) onto the industrial truck's
chassis until the drill holes line up.
2. Guide two flat bars into the top of each beam.
3. Insert screws and tighten them until contact is
made.
4. Do not tighten the screws at full torque until
you have positioned the base frame.

(see appendix)
Attaching the base frame:
1. Use the included sling to raise the base
frame to the height of the connection points
on the two beams.
2. Pull the signal and voltage supply wires
through the intended holes.
3. Align the system over the flange plates.
4. Attach 4 screws to each flange using the
corresponding nuts.
Use a tightening torque of 86 Nm. Then
tighten the counter nut.
